Database and Back-up Tools > Create a Backup of Existing Database Records

1. Click on the Database & Back-up Tools option under the Cart Settings menu.

2. Click on the Backup/Restore tab.

3. Select the items you want to backup

4. When you are ready, click on the Backup button to create the backup file. The created backup file will be displayed under the Your Backups section.
