Customer Support Associate
We are currently expanding our support centre and we need friendly, internet-savvy individuals who enjoy helping others, to join our team. You'll love our work hard play hard atmosphere. If you want to be part of a fast-paced team of smart, fun people, this is the job for you!
We are looking for people with the following skills:
- Experience with phone support or general customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Basic HTML, FTP, CSS, or other website building knowledge are not required, but would be an asset.
Daily Duties to include:
- Provide email/chat/telephone based customer service
- Provide basic troubleshooting for customer account issues.
- Serve as communications link between customers and the company
- Provide market feedback and market opinions
