How Do I Create a New Email User So They Can Manage Their Own Quarantined Emails?
For Domain User (Admin), you may log into the Email Protection System through Doteasy Member Zone - > Hosting - > Spam & Email Virus Protection (Click "Manage" to proceed).
For individual Email User, you may log into the Email Protection System here: https://app.mymailhosting.com
Click on Manage Email Users under Users & Permissions of the left menu or in the Incoming - Protection Settings section of the Dashboard.

Click the Add button
Fill in the account details and assigned a password (we recommend using a different password than actual email account password). And click Save.
