1. Click on the Product Update Email Wizard option under the Manage Emails menu.
2. Set the Select Product Updates Date Range from the From and To drop-down menus.
3. Select Product Layout in Email from the Choose the layout for the HTML email drop-down menu.
4. When you are ready, click on the Generate Email button.
5. Email Properties. Enter the following information:
b) From Name
c) From Email
6. You can edit the HTML and/or Text email using the respective text boxes.
7. When you are ready, click on the Preview email button.
8. Review the HTML and Text modes of the email to make sure it is exactly how you want it to appear. If you need to make changes, click on the Edit email button.
9. When you are satisfied with the email, click on the Send email button.
10. A pop-up screen will appear asking for confirmation. Confirm sending the email by clicking on the OK button. Note: to avoid duplicates, click on the OK button only once. You will receive a confirmation screen once the email has been successfully sent.
