Email and Notifications > Newsletter Email Wizard

1. Click on the Newsletter Email Wizard option under the Manage Emails menu.

2. Under the Newsletter Email section, enter the following information:
    a) Subject
    b) From Name
    c) From Email

3. Enter the content for the HTML email. You can edit the HTML online by clicking on the Edit HTML Online link.

4. Enter the content for the TEXT email in plain text.

5. When you are ready, click on the Preview Email button. This will open the Newsletter Email Wizard page.

6. Once you are satisfied with the newsletter, click on the Send Email button to have it sent immediately.

7. A pop-up screen will appear for confirmation. Confirm sending the newsletter email by clicking on the OK button. Note: to avoid duplicates, click on the OK button only once.

8. You will receive a confirmation screen once the newsletter email has been successfully sent.
