Can you tell me what the email attachment size limit is for my account?

Thank you for contacting Doteasy.

The yellowstone-online.com account allows for a maximum of 5 MB per message and this limit includes the message header, the message body, and any file attachments.

If you like a larger maximum per message receive size, you may consider the MailPro Service which allows for 20 MB maximum per message size limit along with an additional 2000 MB domain mailbox storage. The MailPro Service is US$5.95/month that match your hosting term.

To subscribe to the MailPro Service, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your Doteasy Member Zone at https://member.doteasy.com/
2. Under the Email section, next to MailPro Service, click "Add"
3. Click on Next
4. Confirm credit card and billing information
5. Select the checkbox to verify that the information is correct and to authorize Doteasy to charge the credit card on file (Note that this transaction cannot be canceled or refunded)
6. Click on Submit Order
