Products Management > Add a Product Attribute

Product attributes allow you to provide your customers with the choices for any of the products, including size, color, type, etc.

You are allowed to enter an unlimited number of attributes for a product. Each new selection must be entered on a new line for it to appear correctly.

1. After you have added the product to your Doteasy Cart, you will see the Product Added confirmation page, as shown in the figure below.

2. Click on the Edit Just Added Product link.

Alternatively, you can click on the Edit Product icon on the Product List page, as shown in the figure below.

Both ways will open the Product (Update) page where you can enter attributes for your product.

3. Click on the Attributes tab.

4. Enter the following information on the Products Attribute page:
    a) Attribute Name
    b) Attribute Caption
    c) Priority
    d) Attribute Type
    e) Options (for Drop-Down)
    f) Text Length (for Text-Input)

6. When you are ready, click on the Add Attribute(s) button.
