Email Forwarding

You can configure your email accounts to forward to other email address.

Webmail Sign-In

Login at the email sign in box using the format memberID@yourdomain.com. Only the email administrator has the priviliges to add or delete email accounts or email aliases.

The Webmail Sign-In box is located on the right-hand side of the Doteasy website. http://www.doteasy.com


The Webmail system main menu looks like this. To send email, click the Options button (Admin Options for email administrator).

 

Click Change Mail Forwarding Information.

Enter the forwarding destination email address and click Save. To cancel email forwarding, simply delete the forwarding destination email address and click Save. Note that you can only forward to one destination email address.

Email forwarding does not leave a copy of fowarded email in the In-Box by default. To keep a copy of the forwarded email in the In-Box, you must precede the forwarding destination by a period and a comma.
