Sending and Receiving Email

Webmail Sign-In

Login at the email sign in box using the format memberID@yourdomain.com. Only the email administrator has the priviliges to add or delete email accounts or email aliases.

The Webmail Sign-In box is located on the right-hand side of the Doteasy website. http://www.doteasy.com

The Webmail system main menu looks like this. To send email, click the Compose button.

In the TO: field, enter the recipient email address. In the SUBJECT: field, enter the email subject. In the BODY: field, enter your message. Click Send, to send the message.

You can also use the Addresses section to insert names from your Address Book to the TO, CC or BCC fields. Select a name in the address book list and click the appropriate link (TO, CC, or BCC) to insert the name in the field.

To view received email, click the In-Box button. The In-Box is your main email folder to which new emails are delievered.

Your email messages will be displayed in your In-Box and you may click on the subject of the email to read the mail. Messages that are new and unread will display the sender name in bold.
